TWIF – Thank whale it's Friday!

What a way to end the week with a total of 8 Humpback whales viewed on today’s whale watch. It was great to see these whales in their natural state, with some entertaining displays including peduncle throws, pectoral fin slaps and breaches further out on the horizon! These whales were definitely on a mission to spend their weekend in the warmer tropical waters off the Whitsundays, as some pods increased their speed to 6 knots. A Green sea turtle was also seen enjoying the waters off Cape Moreton.
