Unique whale interaction

Guests on board the Tangalooma Jet were treated to a very unique experience today, as they got to witness an interaction between two separate pods of Humpback whales. It was the last action for the day and was the highlight for the day, with one solo adult travelling south to interact with a pod of two whales that were heading north. They interacted using their fins, with large tail and pectoral slaps producing large claps and splashes. A total of 6 whales were spotted for the day.
