I have to say that from the very first point of contact with you in enquiring about the booking right up to stepping off the Tangalooma Express and heading home, I could not fault the process. The whole experience was extremely professional and very well organised and I must commend all those involved. It was a relatively short stay, however I could see that a great deal of planning on your side had occurred which certainly resulted in an enjoyable stay for our group. I do believe that your service and the service provided at the Resort were of a superior level.

In April 2005 PRDnationwide took its high achievers to experience Brisbane’s Best Kept Secret – Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort.

Based on the feedback we have received from our delegates from all over Australia it was one of the most unique experiences they have ever enjoyed and even people from Brisbane city spoke highly of resort and what it has to offer. When Fujitsu General were planning our 8th National Sales Conference many different venues were considered. We had been lucky enough in the past to visit such locations as Thailand, Queenstown and Thredbo Alpine Resort to name a few. Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort was ultimately chosen as our 2005 conference venue for a number of reasons. The resort offered ideal accommodation, conference facilities and activity options for larger groups. The location of the resort, just one hour from Brisbane Airport, was also ideal when bringing delegates from around Australia.

The events staff right from our initial site inspection were extremely helpful in working with us to plan activities, create theme nights and build a unique and interesting conference agenda. The main conference room was equipped well and comfortably handled our session workshops for over 50 delegates.

At the conclusion of our sales conference the unanimous opinion of all delegates was that this conference was our most successful. The support from the events team meant that nothing was a problem during the running of the conference, the food and activities organised were exceptional and all staff from the resort exceeded our expectations. The unique location of the resort also allowed all our delegates from around Australia to mix and interact well as the venue kept everyone together as a group, which is difficult when running conferences in more cosmopolitan locations.

I would have to say that the staff at Tangalooma were by far the most helpful and accommodating we had ever encountered and I would highly recommend the resort to anyone planning future conference activities.

To be able to enjoy 2 nights of island bliss, yet so close to Brisbane, allowed us to invite not only our entire full-time team but also their partners. After a hectic and challenging year we were all able to relax, unwind and enjoy the company of the people we work with; widespread from Darwin to Coffs Harbour, our team was able to participate in a wide variety of activities and enjoy the sub tropical temperature and beautiful aspect that Tangalooma Wild Dolphin resort offers.

Combined with the rare opportunity to be up close and personal with the dolphins was certainly an experience to remember. A few of our team have already suggested that this become a yearly event. I highly recommend Tangalooma Wild Dolphin resort to anyone who wants to reward their team or to bond a newly formed team.
