Mixed Grill Plate:

• Prime Grain fed Rump Steak
• Chicken Marinated in Soy, Sweet Chilli, Garlic,
• Onion and Honey, gently simmered on our BBQ
• Gourmet Lamb and Mint Sausage, Cooked golden brown
• Chef’s catch - Reef fish foiled with a selection of Fresh Herbs and Citrus Juices

Optional Extra: Fresh Marinated King Prawns

All meals served with Homemade Coleslaw, Garden Green Salad BBQ Onion and Bacon Sliced Bread and butter
