Guests holding a valid China Eastern Airlines boarding pass or e-ticket for flights arriving in or departing from Brisbane can stay for three consecutive nights and only pay for two in selected room categories. This special offer is available for eligible stays between 18 June 2026 and 30 April 2027.

Campaign Offer and Details

This promotion is exclusive to passengers of China Eastern Airline. From 18 June 2026 until 30 April 2027, eligible passengers holding a valid China Eastern Airline boarding pass or electronic ticket for flights arriving in or departing from Brisbane, Australia, shall be entitled to book eligible room categories at Tangalooma Island Resort for stays during the eligible travel period, with a minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights and pay for only two (2) nights under the "Pay 2 Stay 3" promotional campaign.

Inclusions: 3 nights accommodation for the price of 2, Wild Dolphin feeding on one night of stay (weather and tides permitting), Check-in 2.00pm/Check-out 10.00am, No daily maid services.

Booking Period: 18 June 2026 – 30 April 2027. Travel Period: 18 June 2026 – 30 June 2026

Blackout Dates: 19Sep26 – 04Oct26; 28Nov26-25Jan27; 26Mar27-11Apr27. The Pay 2 Stay 3 promotional offer shall not be available during the designated blackout dates. Guests wishing to stay during these periods may book accommodation via the TIR’s official website at the prevailing rack rates, subject to room availability. Standard booking terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply.

Booking Requirements

  • To qualify for this promotion, guests must hold a valid China Eastern Airline boarding pass or electronic ticket for flights arriving in or departing from Brisbane, Australia.

  • At the time of booking, guests must provide valid China Eastern Airlines ticket details, including the passenger’s full name. The ticket number must be clearly indicated in the “Comments “field of the booking.

Upon check-in, guests must present a valid boarding pass for the relevant China Eastern Airlines flight or valid electronic ticket confirmation, which must match the ticket number provided at the time of booking.

Booking Terms

  • This offer is subject to room availability at the time of booking.

  • This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or packages, unless otherwise agreed by TIR.

  • The Pay 2 Stay 3 promotional offer applies to accommodation and the inclusions expressly stated in the promotional package. Guests may choose to purchase optional add-ons, including but not limited to return boat transfers, bus transfers from Brisbane or Gold Coast hotels, optional activities at time of the booking, as well as any additional food and beverage consumption or other services incurred on the island. All such optional services and incidental expenses are chargeable at TIR’s prevailing rates.

  • No refunds, credits, or adjustments shall be provided if the guest shortens their stay or checks out early. The full promotional booking amount remains payable.

  • If a booking is rescheduled to dates outside of the eligible travel period, additional charges shall apply at the applicable prevailing rates.

  • Tangalooma Island Resort reserves the right to amend, suspend, or extend the promotional period or these terms where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided.

  • The dolphin feeding program does involves wild animals, and as such TIR cannot guarantee the attendance of dolphins at the scheduled evening feeding event due to possible environmental and animal-behavioral issues beyond the Resort’s control. Guests are entitled to join the feed on one night of their stay only and must confirm their booking at the Eco Centre immediately upon arrival. Wherever possible Tangalooma encourages guests to participate in dolphin feeding on the first night of their stay, so that guests can be rebooked (subject to availability) onto a subsequent night of their stay should the dolphin feeding be unable to proceed on that first night. Strict regulatory guidelines regarding capacity and safety apply. Depending on the number of dolphins present, guests may be required to share-feed within their group or throw feed from the jetty. If the evening dolphin feeding event cannot go ahead for any reason without an opportunity to reschedule during the guest's stay, guests will unfortunately forfeit their opportunity to redeem this inclusion. No cash refunds, price reductions, or resort credits are provided if the feeding does not proceed or if guests fail to utilise their inclusion.
