Treated by a Triple Whale Breach

We experienced triple the excitement on board our Whale Watch today, catching extremely rare footage of a juvenile and two adults explode from the water with an in sync triple breach!!!

Today we spotted 9 beautiful humpback whales however, the juvenile and two adults that we spotted towards the end of our cruise, certainly stole the show.

The cruise started slowly through the pristine waters of Moreton Bay and we spotted a few mothers and calves enjoying the peaceful water on this beautiful Tuesday.

We passed two pods as we headed further towards the open ocean, who seemed extremely content as they continued to rest together. As we headed out into the deeper waters, we noticed some incredible large breaches happening out on the horizon.

As we continued further we had no idea of the incredible sights that would unfold before us. The boat halted to a standstill as three of our majestic humpbacks came powering towards the boat, each whale consecutively head lunging while travelling at incredible speed. These loud and bellowing head lunges crashing into the water at such speed could be heard by everyone on board, which beautifully displayed the immense power and strength of these stunning mammals. A truly incredible day.
