Validity / Eligibility for Shinhan SOL Travel Card Experiences
Guests can receive 10% off their Tangalooma Day Cruise booking when they purchase their cruise through the dedicated landing page - https://www.tangalooma.com/shinhancard - using their Shinhan SOL Travel Card to pay for this booking for travel between 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025.
To redeem the Shinhan SOL Travel Card experience with Tangalooma, the guest must present their Shinhan SOL Travel Card, in person, when they arrive to Tangalooma’s Boat Wharf in Brisbane for check-in to their experience. Guest may be refused entry or fulfillment of the offer if the eligible card used at the time of booking is not presented, in person, at the time of redemption. Tangalooma Island Resort reserves the right to remove, extend or alter this deal at any time.
Eligible Day Cruises for this discount: Classic Day Cruises, Sunset Cocktails Day Cruises, Dolphin Feeding Day Cruises and Sea to Sky Day Cruises, and Beach Day Cruise. Prices and availability as marked.

Standard Guest Terms & Conditions for Day Cruises to Tangalooma
Tours, cruises and activities are weather dependant and subject to availability. Rates are not valid for Groups, Conferences or events, it is strictly for independent travellers. Child rate applies to those aged 10 to 14 years inclusive. Each Adult & Child guest will receive a Lunch Voucher to be redeemed at any operating food outlet at Tangalooma Island Resort during their visit. No change will given on lunch vouchers. Launch schedules can be altered at short notice. Price schedule subject to change at any time. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Guests must check the inclusions of the package they are booking. No allowance or refunds can be made for meals, excursions etc. that they elect not to take. No changes permitted or refunds provided on all day cruises within 48 hours prior to departure. Guests will be required to show matching valid credit card on arrival. The Dolphin Feeding Program operates to strict guidelines, therefore restrictions on feeding apply. As the dolphin feeding program involves wild animals, Tangalooma cannot guarantee the attendance of dolphins at the night feeding. However, the resort does experience a 98-99% attendance rate. Alternative payment may be required if original credit card cannot be shown. Sunset Cocktail Voucher valid at Wheelhouse Deck or B&B’s Bar only. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher valid for one (1) Cocktail from the daily Cocktail list for 18+ guests. Voucher valid for one (1) Mocktail, or soft drink or water for guests under 18 years. Not transferrable.
