Further conditions may apply. Cruise departs from Holt Street, Pinkenba, Brisbane. Whale Watch cruise is weather dependent. Tours depart and prices valid June 1 – October 14 2018. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Transfer schedules can be altered on short notice, please confirm your booking 24 hours prior to travel. Cancellation fees apply. Child rate applies to those aged 3 to 14 years inclusive. Family includes 2 adults and 2 children. *Dolphin feeding experience is dependent on dolphin attendance, tide and weather conditions.
“Sightings Guarantee and Weather Conditions”: Whale Watch sighting guarantee offers a refund if cruise is cancelled by Tangalooma due to bad weather conditions, or if no whales are seen on the Whale Watching Day Cruise. Tangalooma enjoys a 98 - 99% attendance and sighting rate. During peak season we are confident of a 100% figure. If, however, no sightings occur on your tour you will be credited with a second tour at a future date. If the guest cancels Whale Watch Cruise no refund applies. All cruises are dependent on weather conditions and cancellation may occur at short notice. Please provide current contact information so we can contact you if necessary.
Please note: *Return launch time for the ‘Dolphin Viewing Day Cruise’ & ‘Premium Dolphin Feeding Day Cruise’ is approximately 7pm in winter and 7.30pm in spring. ^Standard beverage voucher entitles guests to their choice of soft drink, tea, coffee or water on Whale Watching vessel. Guest is photographed feeding dolphins & receives voucher to download a low-resolution digital version post-visit. #Only one complimentary printed ‘Happy Snap” photo of guests aboard Whale Watching vessel. Day Cruise information: All "Whale Watching Day Cruises" will depart Brisbane (Holt Street, Pinkenba), dock at Tangalooma Island Resort Wharf, and then depart the resort for a 3 hour Whale Watch Cruise with a light lunch served on board our licensed vessel. The cruise will then return to Tangalooma Island Resort Wharf, before returning to Brisbane on the same day. Whale Watching cruises that are purchased as add-ons to accommodation (or as accommodation packages) do not include transfers from Brisbane, which must be purchased separately.
