Adventure Package Terms and Conditions: Prices quoted are based on Twin Share unless specified otherwise. No daily maid service included. 3 Night Minimum Stay. Full payment is required at time of booking. The lead-in price is per room per night and is based on midweek Hotel Standard style accommodation, for two people sharing. Extra guests can be purchased for an additional $79.00pp per night in existing bedding, with a maximum of 4 guests per room (please see extra guest calculations in online booking summary). No refunds will be given for no-shows. May not be combined with any other offer or discount. Not applicable to conference and event bookings. No reduction in package price, or credit given, if guests do not use the included activities/boat transfers/credits. No reduction in price or credit is given to guests who are not old enough (Snorkel); do not meet physical requirements (Heli Tour); are not willing to participate in the included activities; or did not schedule their activities in on the first day of their stay and missed out on suitable availability for the activity. Travel dates: Valid for new direct bookings only with travel strictly between 7 October 2024 – 14 November 2024, subject to availability (other blackout dates, minimum stays & surcharges may apply). Package Inclusions: Final guest numbers must be nominated on the booking at the time of purchase to confirm the final price. The nominated number of guests that are on the booking each receive Accommodation in the selected room type (existing bedding) + Return launch transfers + A Desert Safari tour + A 6-minute Helicopter Tour (weight limits may apply) + Wrecks Snorkel Tour (age limits apply). Wild Dolphin Feeding Experience: Over many decades the Resort has enjoyed a high attendance-rate of wild dolphins visiting the Resort at sunset on most evenings. However, the dolphin feeding program does involves wild animals, and as such Tangalooma cannot guarantee the attendance of dolphins at the scheduled evening feeding event due to possible environmental and animal-behavioral issues beyond the Resort’s control. As such any inclusion of Dolphin Feeding is classified as a guest reservation (only) to attend the dolphin feeding area and participate in feeding subject to the event proceeding as scheduled. If the evening dolphin feeding event cannot go ahead for any reason, guests will unfortunately forfeit their opportunity to redeem this inclusion. The Dolphin Feeding Program operates to strict guidelines, therefore restrictions on feeding apply. The number of guests able to feed the dolphins is dependent on the number of wild dolphins in attendance; coupled with additional safety, weather, tidal, animal welfare and regulatory restrictions. All guests on this package have the opportunity to feed the dolphins on one night of their stay only. Wherever possible Tangalooma encourages guests to participate in dolphin feeding on the first night of their stay, so that guests can be rebooked (subject to availability) onto a subsequent night of their stay should the dolphin feeding be unable to proceed on that first night. Check-in: 2pm check-in for rooms on this package. If you are planning to arrive prior to 2pm, we are happy for our guests to use our resort facilities prior to official check-in times. In such instances we encourage guests to pack a small day - pack of essentials (including change of clothes for activities/swimming etc) to ensure you can go without your checked-luggage, which will be delivered to your door when your room is available (if you have travelled on our boat transfers in your booking). Guests who have arranged alternative transport arrangements are unable to get assistance with their luggage on arrival and can store their luggage in rented lockers until check-in time. Check-out time is strictly 10.00am. Cancellations: Before Arrival: Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to travel and are fully refundable until 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no - show or cancellation within 7 days of arrival, 100% cancellation policy applies. Amendments can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival, within the stated travel period only, subject to availability. After Arrival: No refunds or credits permitted. Specific terms for Snorkel the Wrecks inclusion: Guests must visit the Tanga Water Sports Desk on day of arrival to book/confirm their Tour time, or risk missing an available time during their visit. Children under 6 years are unable to participate. If a child cannot redeem a voucher due to age restrictions a fellow traveller on the booking can use this voucher for a second Snorkel tour (subject to availability). Participation in some of our tours and activities are physically demanding and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose if you are suffering from any injury, or pre-existing medical condition (such as, but not limited to, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions) which may interfere with your ability safely participate in our services. Some medical conditions require physicians/doctors’ approval to be able to participate in our tours and activities. Note: If you do have asthma, you are required to bring your Ventolin with you to be able to participate in the tour. If you are pregnant, participating in any Tanga Water Sports activities or tours with Tangatours will require your physicians/doctor’s approval in writing. Please bring a medical certificate with you on the day, or email through prior to arrival. If you are unsure, or have any further questions, please contact Tangatours before booking on 07 3410 6927.Before participating in the Snorkeling activity, all participants must sign a Tangatours Indemnity Agreement Form personally or by an Agent or Guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years. All participants under 18yrs of age must have a parent of guardian over 18yrs with them to sign a release form. Tangatours operates adventures in all weather conditions except during electrical storms, hail storms or heavy wind. All adventures may be cancelled during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. On the rare occasion Tangatours needs to cancel a scheduled adventure, the customer can choose to reschedule their activity. Specific terms for Helicopter inclusion: Each nominated guest on the booking will receive one voucher for ‘Tour 1’ helicopter flight as part of their check-in pack. Guests must visit the Resort’s Heli Hut on day of arrival to book their flight time, or risk missing an available time during their visit. The included flight runs for approximately 6 minutes in the general vicinity of the Resort, but guest can enquire at the time of scheduling whether they can pay an upgrade fee to do a longer flight (subject to availability). The helicopters have a minimum 2 passengers required per flight and have maximum passenger restrictions depending on the available craft and weight of passengers. Whilst efforts will be made to accommodate guests travelling to the Resort together to fly on the same flight, some passengers may be required to travel separately from other guests on their booking. Guests not related to the traveller may also occupy available seats on their flight. Single seat weight, combined seat weight and age restrictions also apply. Children that are under 3 years of age need to be held by a parent if the pilot deems it safe to do so. Children aged over 3 would need to fly in their own seat. Flight times and circuits may vary due to operational reasons. Specific terms for Desert Safari Tour inclusion: Each nominated guest on the booking will receive one voucher for ‘Desert Safari Tour’ as part of their check-in pack. Guests must visit the Resort’s Tours Desk on day of arrival to book/confirm their tour time, or risk missing an available time during their visit. This tour is weather dependent as the sand tobogganing cannot operate in wet weather conditions. In the event of wet weather, this tour will operate as a sightseeing tour and visit the Tangalooma Wrecks. Tour participant Health and Safety terms: Some of our activities and tours are physically demanding, and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose before booking if you are suffering from any injury, medical condition (such as pregnancy, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions), disability, disease or illness which may be aggravated by participation in, or may interfere with your ability to safely participate in our products.
