Bus/Coach Transfers to Tangalooma Wharf (220 Holt St, Pinkenba)

Shuttle Bus Transfers from select Brisbane and Gold Coast hotels to the Brisbane Wharf are available at an additional cost and must be pre-booked and prepaid prior to travel. Bus transfers can be booked below.

Transfers are provided by our bus partner STA (Specialised Transport Australia) 1300 782 118 (24/7 phone).

STA Gold Coast Bus Pickup Schedule:

Luggage: Guests travelling on a bus transfer to take part in a day trip are only permitted one (1) carry on bag not exceeding the following dimensions: 56cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 23cm (depth). Guests who have chosen a return service that to stay overnight at Tangalooma Island Resort will be afforded a luggage allowance of one (1) carry on bag as per above, plus one Suitcase/Overnight bag per person to a maximum of 20Kg.

Return Bus Transfers: Return Shuttle Bus Services will operate to meet the 4:00PM Ferry Departure from Tangalooma (arriving at Holt St at Approximately 5:30PM); and the Late Boat Ferry Service (arriving at Holt St at Approximately 8:15PM) that departs the Resort after the completion of Sunset Dolphin Feeding. Bookings are essential to confirm the operation of this shuttle service.

Please note the following is not permitted on any STA services; alcohol and drugs, food and drinks, electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, non-folding wheelchairs, oversize luggage, pets (assistance dogs allowed), smoking/vaping and any weapons or sharp objects.
