Party & Event Policy
Accommodation properties & rooms managed by Tangalooma Island Resort are strictly not available for end of school celebrations, weddings, bucks/hens parties, wellness retreats, or any private events or parties that are beyond the reasonable and respectful private use of the property for accommodation purposes of registered guests. Should the Resort become aware of a booking that is of this nature, the booking will be cancelled and full cancellation terms will then apply.
Cancellation Policy
Beachfront Villa's, Deep Blue Apartments and Houses can be cancelled up to 21 days prior to travel and are fully refundable until 21 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no show or cancellation within 21 days of arrival, 100% cancellation policy applies. Additional costs, variations to this policy may apply for seasonal, agent-sold or promotional rates. Check the agreed Terms and Conditions of your rate at the time of booking.
