Tangalooma Island Resort is able to cater to a vast array of dietary requirements including but not limited to Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-intolerant and Lactose Intolerant etc. Please do make your server aware at the time of ordering of any specific dietary requirements so that the chefs can take the necessary precautions (where possible). If you don’t feel there are items on the menu suitable to your dietary requirements please liaise with our Food & Beverage team for alternative options we may be able to provide.
Please be aware that all care is taken when catering for special requirements. It must be noted that within the premises we handle nuts, seafood, shellfish, sesame seeds, wheat, flour, eggs, fungi and dairy products. Due to our remote location, we rely on certain packaged products that come with disclaimers stating that food products may have traces or may have come in contact with allergens (both directly and indirectly), making it impossible to guarantee absence of such allergens. Requests will be catered for to the best of our ability but the decision to consume a meal is ultimately the responsibility of the guest.
