Whales welcomed the guests from P&O visiting Moreton Island

What a great whale watch on board the Tangalooma Jet, with 12 Humpback whale sightings! The whales got close and personal with P&O and resort guests out in Moreton Bay Marine Park, as they surrounded the Jet and were so comfortable, just a meter from us! Amongst these whales, we got to see that very unique and special whale from yesterday's whale watch cruise. It had spent 24 hours in the same area off northern Moreton Island, and it was incredible to see this whale again out here today!

The whales soon began to fire up with their impressive behaviours, with heaps of breaches, tail slaps, peduncle throws and pec slaps being performed by these majestic mammals. It was a thrilling whale watch today!
