Whales showing off At moreton Island with head lunges and tail slaps

It was a great day to spot some wild Humpback whales, with 9 spotted for the day. They sure were in the mood for showing off, with the whale watching cruise starting with a pod of 2 adults and 2 juveniles doing breaches, head lunges and tail slaps!

It was great to see 2 fully grown adults heading south indicating more adults to start migrating back towards Antarctica. We can also expect to start seeing more mothers with their newborn calves passing Cape Moreton in the coming month!
