Important Notice for Streaming on your TV:
Please note that the Tangalooma Guest Wi-Fi does not support TV connections. To stream services like Netflix and other apps, you will need to connect your own personal hotspot to the TV. Below are the instructions for connecting both an iPhone or Samsung personal hotspot to the TV for streaming.
How to Connect an iPhone Personal Hotspot to Your TV:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone

Select Personal Hotspot (or Cellular ➨ Personal Hotspot).

Toggle the Allow Other to Join option to ON.

Select Maximise Compatibility
-
Note the Wi-fi Password that is displayed
Connect Your TV to the iPhone Hotspot:

Turn on your TV
-
Open Settings ➨ More Settings and open Network &Internet
-
In the list of available networks, find and select the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) of your iPhone’s hotspot

Enter the Wi-Fi Password you noted from your iPhone
-
Confirm the connection.
How to Connect a Samsung Personal Hotspot to Your TV:

Open the Settings app on your Samsung phone

Tap on Connections, then choose Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.

Toggle the Mobile Hotspot option ON.

Tap on Mobile Hotspot to set it up (you may need to change the network name and password).

Note the Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID) and Password
Connect Your TV to the Samsung Hotspot:

Turn on your TV

Open Settings ➨ More Settings and open Network & Internet

In the list of available networks, find and select the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) of your Samsung phone’s hotspot

Enter the Password when prompted

Confirm the connection.
Troubleshooting tips:

Ensure that your iPhone or Samsung phone has cellular data enabled, as it will use data for the hotspot

Make sure your hotspot settings (network name and password) are entered correctly.

If the TV is not finding the hotspot, restart the phone and TV, and try connecting again
