Standard Cancellation Policy:

Please Note that the cancellation policy for individual bookings may vary from these standard conditions above, and guests should check the terms and conditions of their rate at the time of booking. These terms will also be provided the confirmation email after booking.

Cancellation of Run of House, Hotel Standard, Hotel Deluxe, Resort Units, and Family Suites:
8 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee;
7 days or less to arrival: 100% cancellation fee;
No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation of Beachfront Villas, Deep Blue Apartments and Holiday Houses:
21 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee;
20 days or less to arrival: 100% cancellation fee;
No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation of Return Day Cruises:
More than 48 hours prior to travel: No cancellation fee;
48 hours or less before travel: 100% cancellation fee applies.
Day of travel or No Show: 100% cancellation fee
