One Day Private Charter and Cocktail Event
Conference objective: To create a unique experience and escape Brisbane for a fun-filled day for Ladbrokes VIP guests to gather and enjoy the Stradbroke Race Day with great food, drink and entertainment.
The Ladbrokes Stradbroke Race Day consists of 200 of Ladbrokes’ outstanding guests who gather each year to celebrate the race day in style. For the first time, Ladbrokes decided to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and head over to Tangalooma for an island experience they wouldn’t forget.
To start the day the 200 Ladbrokes VIP guests boarded the Tangalooma Jet exclusively reserved for the event. Guests were able to mix and mingle as they sailed across Moreton Bay to the stunning Tangalooma Island Resort.
On arrival guests made their way over to the Waterfront Pavilion function space which was exclusively reserved for the day. With views overlooking the beach and turquoise waters surrounding Tangalooma, the venue and lawns provided the perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy themselves.
With live music, a market stall menu with private chefs, a smorgasbord of seafood and fruit carvings, the guests indulged in the great assortment of food and drink on offer. Formal proceedings at the Ladbrokes Day meant that WIFI and AV requirements were a necessity, with all these requirements taken care of, guests and Ladbrokes staff were sure that they could truly enjoy themselves.
