Event Testimonial - Rexel Electrical
Incentive Group Travel Objective: Create a unique experience to escape Brisbane for a fun-filled three day stay for Rexel Electrical customers and their families at Tangalooma Island Resort.
This annual event is for Rexel’s outstanding customers and their families. All guests left the hustle and bustle of Brisbane and headed to Tangalooma for three days of island fun.
To start the adventure, the 25 guests boarded the Tangalooma Jet and sailed across Moreton Bay to the stunning Tangalooma Island Resort. Guests were greeted on arrival by Tangalooma team members who served both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in coconuts before guests indulged in a leisurely lunch at the many food and beverage outlets available at the Resort.
A free afternoon saw guests relax and unwind and with such a wide choice of land & sea activities on offer at Tangalooma, there was something for everyone. As the sun set, all guests were able to grab a drink at B&B’s Bar before heading to the Jetty to get ready for Tangalooma’s world-renowned dolphin feeding programme.
Unforgettable memories were created as guests fed the wild dolphins alongside the Tangalooma Eco Rangers before it was time to head to the Vista Patio for a Beachside Grill buffet dinner; a perfect setting for guests to mingle and discuss the excitement of the day.
Day two started early with a full buffet breakfast and a private Northern Safari Tour, allowing guests to see more of Moreton Island in Tangalooma’s overland 4WDs. Tailored packed lunches meant no-one went hungry while everyone embraced all of the magnificent sites that the island has to offer. After some well-deserved relaxation poolside or on the beach, guests were then treated to the panoramic views from the Wheelhouse Restaurant whilst feasting on a BBQ Buffet with an array of fresh salads and BBQ meats.
The final day on the island was spent at leisure by the guests and their families. Guests took advantage of the numerous activities at Tangalooma and the opportunity to relax and make the most of all the Resort facilities, including the pools and family friendly recreational areas before all too soon, it was time to board the Tangalooma Jet back to Brisbane after a relaxing three-day getaway.
