We are seeing more and more mothers and calves using the shallow water of the bay as a nursing and resting area.

We have had a very strong finish to the month of August, we were fortunate enough to see 50 Humpback Whales this week and even 2 elusive Southern Right Whales.

The first whales we saw were nothing short of SPECTACULAR!!! We observed over 50 tail slaps and peduncle throws with the first pair of whales.

What a day! It was our 2nd trip and spotted 17 whales, bringing our total so far to 24 - which is a great start to the season.

What a fantastic start to the 2018 whale watching season! With 3 adults 2 juveniles and even 1 calve spotted today. We were so lucky; we saw a Minke whale as well!
